Hello! It's great to meet you. I'm Summer. I've always wanted a career in the entertainment industry, and when I found SSC it was pretty much a goldmine for me. I'm twelve years old but I have been told I look at least 14 before. I love to sing, dance, and act, and I am comfortable modeling as well. I am the lead singer of a band I am starting called Spellbound Delirium, which is mostly rock, pop-rock, and alternative music but we sing a wide mixture of music. I've been told I have an amazing voice for having no singing lessons in my life. I'm not the prettiest girl in the world, but I'm not hideous. I have deep bags under my eyes from my Ojibwe ancestry; you wouldn't be able to tell I am Ojibwe by looking at my extremely pale skin, I'm sure! I'm told I am extremely nice. I love kids and animals, and though at times I can be shy, I warm up to people quickly. I have type one diabetes, which means that my pancreas has stopped producing insulin, which keeps blood glucose in check. Since my pancreas no longer produces insulin, I have to take at least three insulin shots a day and monitor my blood glucose. I also have Celiac Disease, a sort of allergen to gluten- something found in wheat, rye, barley, and sometimes oats. Despite my diseases, I work hard to achieve my goals and dreams.

I have not yet won any awards. I do not have much experience acting. I have about three months of dance class. I am thinking about enrolling in Archery, Fencing, and an out of school dance class as well as a few horseback riding classes.

My short-term goals in the entertainment industry are to be at least an extra in a movie production and to get some small singing gig. My long-term goals are to get a speaking part in a movie and to get some larger singing gig. I hope to someday be as famous as Selena Gomez, Demi Lovato, and Miley Cyrus. It doesn't hurt to have dreams, now, does it? I also want to befriend famous people, because it would make all of my dreams come true to overcome my diseases and become famous!
